GRAVYTY Productivity Power Hour Mix #41 - Sing the Weird Al Version

Today, we're introducing you to Mix #41. Weird Al Yankovic is many things: a world-class accordion player, actor, and of course the song parody king. His music has filled the halls of many children's birthday parties and, unfortunately for many karaoke nights with friends, also the general public.

Weird Al's cultural foothold goes beyond wacky polka versions of songs. How many times has Don Maclean's "American Pie" come on and your first thought is "I know all the words to this!" and as soon as you start singing, you realize that you actually just said, "A long, long time ago, in a galaxy far away..."

You're not alone. And American Pie is far from the only song that brings out the alternative lyrics. This playlist focuses on the original version of many classic Weird Al songs. My challenge to you: see how many of these songs you can sing the Wierd Al version as it plays. You'll be surprised how many you know off the top of your head.

We hope this list will motivate you for the next hour to help you do the best work of your life.
