A Note from our CEO on Coronavirus

The impact of coronavirus (COVID-19) has led to a crisis for some and change for us all. Our thoughts go out to all who have been impacted by this outbreak.

As fundraisers, we play a unique and extraordinary role in lifting our communities during times of crisis. Today, coronavirus affects our health and our economy and is beginning to change the way we live our daily lives. As entire nations grapple with how to adapt, our communities will again rely on the work of fundraisers to secure funds to support and protect some of the world’s most vulnerable populations.

As you work to inspire donors to help lift and rebuild your community, we want you to know that our team at Gravyty stands with you. Our team is fully staffed and you should not expect any interruptions in your Gravyty service. Now, more than ever, it's our priority to empower fundraisers to maintain meaningful communication with donors and supporters. We have also instructed our team to go above and beyond the structures of our relationships for any customer who might need help, regardless of whether that support falls within our work as an AI company.

Our collective response as fundraisers to this crisis will undoubtedly define one of the most difficult times in modern history, and we have never been more proud to be a part of the fundraising community.

Please be in touch if there is anything our team can do to be helpful for you, your family, your teams, or your community during this difficult time.
