Molly Johnson is head of customer implementation at Gravyty. With more than a decade of experience in fundraising, it’s Molly’s job to ensure that our customers have a seamless on-boarding experience as they begin their journey with our AI-enabled fundraising technologies, like First Draft.
Gravyty is rapidly expanding its user base. With that growth, it’s important to maintain the same close partnership we’ve always held with customers as they onboard. As a former Gravyty customer herself, and with a skill set that covers both fundraising and campaign strategy, Molly is the perfect person to lead customer implementation.
Molly’s first encounter with Gravyty was in her work at Lycoming College, as a customer. The institution was an early adopter of AI-enabled fundraising, which opened her eyes to the solution’s potential.
“Gravyty will revolutionize the way nonprofits fundraise. At Lycoming College, we saw firsthand how tools like First Draft and Gravyty Go! empowered gift officers to spend more time developing relationships with donors and less time converting CRM data,” said Molly of her perspective on Gravyty.
Molly understands fundraisers, and that’s why she’s here at Gravyty. Most recently, she served on Lycoming College’s executive leadership team and led advancement operations through the public phase of its “Campaign for Greater Lycoming.” She’s also served as an annual fund and major gifts officer and other frontline fundraising positions, including a role in Bucknell University’s successful $500 million “We Do” campaign.
Outside of work, Molly supports the arts and culture by advising non-profit boards. And, as a mentor, she consults for a range of arts collaboratives, museums, and community centers.
